SA POROSITÉ

La porosité élevée et les larges pores de SMARTGRAFT favorisent la vascularisation, la croissance osseuse et l'ostéointégration de l'implant après l'opération. La matrice minérale osseuse inorganique présente des interconnexions qui réduisent la densité apparente du greffon et permettent un espace vide plus important pour la croissance de nouveaux os [10]. Les macropores de SMARTGRAFT vont de 0,1 mm à 1,0 mm.

Son apatite carbonate poreuse native, préservée par le processus de production exclusif, possède la structure poreuse naturelle pour la conduction cellulaire.

  • En tant qu'os dérivé du porc, SMARTGRAFT accélère la guérison de l'os alvéolaire par rapport au minéral osseux bovin déprotéiné (DBBM) [12,13].
  • Le processus de purification exclusif préserve l'apatite carbonatée [6], dont il a été démontré qu'elle augmente les activités de formation osseuse des cellules ostéogéniques et améliore la biorésorption du greffon osseux porcin par les ostéoclastes [7-11].
